The purpose of the Bag Tag Challenge is to encourage friendly competition. This is where a person with a Bag Tag challenges another person with a Bag Tag to a round of golf. Winner gets the lowest Bag Tag of the group. Have fun! It's only a Bag Tag.

General Information

• Our Bag Tags are designed to be reused

• $10 – to join in the fun (cash in person or PayPal - tekteach@gmail.com)

  • Intended to be a one-time fee

    • Subject to change by a DiscChasers group decision

• $10 – for damaged or loss replacement

• Bag Tag must be attached to bag at all times

• A round does NOT have to be a Bag Tag round.

  • Decide and Announce before starting.

• Scoring

  • All rounds must be scored with UDisc

  • All Bag Tag Round scorecards must be shared in GroupMe

    • You can share a scorecard straight from UDisc to GroupMe

Monday Night Rounds 

• Automatically Bag Tag rounds for those who have them

Head-to-Head Rounds

• Members should accept a challenge if at all possible

• The player receiving the challenge will choose the course/tees to be played

Ties

• Option 1: CTP

  • Players will agree on a hole and throw from a marked spot. Closest to the pin receives the lowest tag, next closest receives next lowest, and so on.

• Option 2: Hole Playoff

  • If all players have time and agree, they may proceed to hole 1 and have a playoff instead of a CTP competition.
